Who are Billie & Lulu?

Billie is a sassy tuxedo cat named after Natasha's favorite artist, Billie Eilish.

Sadly, Lulu or Talula passed in 2025. She was a laid back lady of luxury who brought years of joy to her mother Heidi and those around her.

Why a plus size women's clothing store?

Simply put, why not? Everyone deserves a place to shop where they do not feel like they are an afterthought. That, what Billie & Lulus was made for. An all bodies are beautiful, judgment free oasis where anyone, no matter where they are at in their journey is free to come and shop, knowing that there is a selection in their size.

Do you carry new or used clothing?

We carry both. We are not your typical "thrift store". While most of our clothing is gently used, we do not typically carry truely vintage items. The oldest we will usually have in stock will be from as far back as the 1980's. Also, when we our sourcing we will keep an eye out for NWT items.

What sizes do you carry?

For the most part we carry sizes XL through 6X. Some of our Vendor's Closets do carry a limited selection of straight sizing as well.

How is your pricing?

Prices start as low as $6 and go up from there. Items are priced based upon their quality, brand, uniqueness and condition.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If that's not the case, let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

For in store purchases, items are able to be exchanged (with receipt) for up to seven (7) days from the day of purchase. Online purchases are eligible for exchange up to seven (7) days from the day of delivery.

Are any purchases final sale?

Items purchased from our Vendor Closets or from the Billie & Lulus Clearance Collections are not eligible for our return policy. Any other items that do not fall under our return policy will be clearly marked.

When does the new stuff hit the floor?

Every Thursday for sure. Although between our Vendors and items we just can't wait to share, new items have a habit of hitting the racks almost every day.

Do you sell gift cards?

Of course! Both physical and digital cards are available for purchase both on our website. Billie & Lulus gift cards make a perfect gift.

When will I get my order?

We ship through the United States Postal Service using Ground Advantage. Processing and packaging occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will process the next business day. Prep time and delivery to the shipper can take up to 3 business days from order date. Holidays may delay this time. Tracking numbers are supplied once shipped.

Do you take donations?

Absolutely! We are always looking for more, gently used items for not only our store, but for the non profits we support. We donate items every week to women's, kids, animal and hospice charities.

Please do remember to launder any items you donate prior to dropping them off.

Do you buy clothing?

That's a tough one. The short answer is "yes". The long answer is "yes" but with some caveats. We can't purchase during our regular business hours so we created a link on our website. The Sell Us Your Clothes page gives you a chance to tell us what you have so we can let you know before you lug it all down to the store whether or not we are interested. Decisions are made by need, season and condition.

Do take consignment items?

At this time, we do not. But you never know what will come in the future, so keep checking back.

How do I get my own Vendor Closet?

Check out our Vendors page. There you will find more details. Starting pricing is $125 + 15% of gross sales and we only allow women's fashions and accessories.
